Generally, it may take a dog or cat a few days to recover from boarding. We keep our guests very active so it is normal for them to go home and sleep more and not have much of an appetite. Sometimes they may even experience loose stools until they get back into their old routine. If this is experienced, it may be helpful to add chicken and rice or canned pumpkin to their diet.
