  • -This is my pet’s first time boarding, what is the best time to drop him off?
  • For new boarders, it is best to have them checked in by 4pm. This way it allows us to get acquainted with your pet and allows them to be able to get settled in.

  • -What should I expect after I pick up my pet from being boarded?
  • Generally, it may take a dog or cat a few days to recover from boarding. We keep our guests very active so it is normal for them to go home and sleep more and not have much of an appetite. Sometimes they may even experience loose stools until they get back into their old routine. If this is experienced, it may be helpful to add chicken and rice or canned pumpkin to their diet.
